The 2-2-3 rotating schedule offers a predictable shift structure while providing extended time away from work throughout the month.

Schedule Options
12-hour shifts
Day shift: 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
Night shift: 6 p.m.-6 a.m.

MAINTENANCE LINE TECHNICIAN
$28-$35 per hour
Depending on experience.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
$24.50-$27.50 per hour
Depending on experience.

NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
Additional $2.00 per hour, if applicable.

WEEKLY PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS

Your commitment matters. Employees who meet the weekly attendance requirements can earn additional money on top of their regular wages.

BONUS STRUCTURE
Regular hours worked: +$2.00 per hour
Overtime hours worked: +$3.00 per hour

HOW IT WORKS
Clock in on time for every scheduled shift.
Work every scheduled shift in full.
Have no absences, tardies, or early departures during the week.
The qualifying week runs Sunday through Saturday.

EXAMPLE: A PERFECT WEEK
40 regular hours × $2.00 = $80.00
9 overtime hours × $3.00 = $27.00

TOTAL WEEKLY BONUS: $107.00
Bonus is calculated weekly and paid biweekly. Only worked hours count. The example above is not a guaranteed weekly bonus

This role includes preventative maintenance, equipment repair, operating and maintaining assigned equipment, and supporting efficient production processes.

Maintaining spare parts inventory.
Supporting production process improvements.

Facility Maintenance Technician

Pay: $24.50-$27.50 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts

The Facility Maintenance Technician supports maintenance activities across assigned plant processes, helping maintain safety, quality, and productivity.

The position includes equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair work, and supporting facility operations.

We're looking for candidates who bring strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a production environment.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical background.
Knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration.
Ability to read and interpret English.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Math and science skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of production environment experience.
Forklift certification.
